Rhythm and Blues III(the passing of time)
Installations in the rooms of the house Karl der Grosse, Zurich

In 1898 a women’s organisation (temperance and general public welfare) took over the house including the restaurant Karl der Grosse (Charles the Great) in Zurich, with Susanna Orelli as the dedicated manager.
1968 I went to school at the Grossmünster, which is situated just opposite the restaurant.
Susanna Orelli’s view from the restaurant was towards the Grossmünster, while 70 years later a student (me) would look towards the façade of the building of Karl der Grosse.
The installation in the Turmblick (tower view) room is of the two women who look - now at the same time - at each other from two facing walls.
